An original and creative interpretation of the ancient Gran Galup recipe, inspired by a classic dessert from the Piedmontese tradition: stuffed peaches. In the dough, candied peaches and whole drops of extra dark chocolate, with “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” Italian Hazelnut glaze covered with delicious crumbly amaretti grains.
