The delicacies that Galup offers to brighten up not only Christmas but also all moments of the day will be at the Salone del Gusto, one of the most important gastronomic events in Italy scheduled in Turin from 20 to 24 September.
At Pavilion 2 – Stand 2C 025, visitors will be able to preview some of the Panettoni that Galup will prepare for Christmas 2018, such as the Panettone Gran Galup alla Turmeric, a recipe to be discovered whose originality comes from the use of this particular ingredient in the dough. Turmeric, increasingly appreciated for its qualities, makes the Galup panettone even richer and more refined, able to satisfy all lovers of taste and unusual flavors.
For Christmas 2018, Galup has many other new recipes and even more surprising new wrappings in store, which will never cease to make Christmas more and more magical.
At the stand it will also be possible to taste a great classic of the Piedmontese tradition, the Gran Galup Classico, the original recipe of the low panettone covered with handmade icing made with Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut enriched with whole almonds and granulated sugar.
For those who are not yet ready for Christmas, Galup will offer sweets available all year round, perfect for making breakfast, a snack or after dinner special, such as Galup's Torta Millenovecentoventidue, a delicious re-edition of an ancient recipe by the founder Monsù Ferrua, now available in two versions, with Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut and with Avola Almonds.
There will be no shortage of truffles, snacks and biscuits to enjoy whenever you want something good, such as Krumiri, Amaretti, Baci di Dama and the Merenda di una volta, the soft and light snack like the dough of the panettone of Monsù Ferrua covered with the famous Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut glaze and available in two variants: with strawberries and with chocolate chips.
Galup, a historic Piedmontese company, was founded in Pinerolo in 1922 and, in just under 100 years, has taken its famous panettone around the world, low with handmade Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut icing, thick and crunchy. Thanks to the use of the highest quality raw materials, the company, while remaining faithful to the past, has been able to innovate and grow, acquiring a national and international commercial dimension and becoming a point of reference in the confectionery market of excellence. Today, Galup panettone is appreciated almost all over the world, especially in many European countries, in North America, in Australia and Japan.
