Galup collected the "Art for Excellence for communication and marketing - Business of excellence 2018" award assigned by Art for Excellence, the cultural entrepreneurship project dedicated to the promotion and enhancement of local businesses with a vocation of excellence to which Galup has now joined several editions.
The recognition comes for the winning communication and marketing strategies implemented by the company in recent years, because Galup has been able to seize the opportunities offered also by artistic projects, such as the participation in Art for Excellence, which this year third consecutive year. It is precisely this cultural entrepreneurship initiative that led to the birth of the partnership with the artist Max Ferrigno, a young and talented pop-surrealist artist.
The collaboration between Galup and Max Ferrigno has given rise to numerous works and the creation for Christmas 2018 of an "author's packaging" for an ultra-pop line of panettone, the Pop Art line. Four works of art, four portraits all from collecting: an original manga-style idea to tell, with contemporary language, a great Christmas classic.
The Panettone Paradiso of the new Pop Art line, in particular, was also presented on the American market with two important appointments in the New York stores of Eataly - Eataly NYC Flatiron and NYC Downtown - during which the tastings of this flagship product for Christmas 2018 have met with great success among overseas enthusiasts.
