Galup is much more than a brand, it is a beautiful and important Italian industrial reality which, in its sector, has modified and made the history of a national product: Panettone, the one born in 1922 from an intuition of Pietro Ferrua. An almost centenary history that has always had a main path to follow, the search for quality products, made with artisanal workmanship through the wise use of carefully chosen raw materials.

A path never abandoned in 98 years of activity which in 2020 is further concretized with the launch of Panettone with ingredients from the Gran Galup supply chain : an innovative reference, which enhances the importance of the raw materials used and transmits a message of transparency to a consumer.

Panettone with ingredients from the Gran Galup supply chain is told starting from its packaging, specially created to reveal traceable ingredients from an ISO 22005 certified supply chain : milk and butter from a short and certified Inalpi supply chain, sugar from Italia Zuccheri, eggs and flour.
But it also tells the story of the Italian nature of this product, for the creation of which candied cherries and oranges of Italian origin are used which enrich the dough, PGI Piedmont hazelnuts which make up the famous and unmistakable glaze, as well as Avola almonds, sugar icing, starch and rice flour, salt and essential oil all Made in Italy.

Panettone with ingredients from the Gran Galup supply chain , present both in large-scale retail trade and in Normal Trade in 1 kg packs, thus becomes a way to express one's values ​​in a clear and transparent way. Confirming the attention towards a consumer who increasingly focuses on the quality of the ingredients and to whom it is a duty to provide all the necessary information to be able to consciously choose what they bring to their table.
