A white dove, symbol of peace and love.

The Colomba in its original recipe, with candied orange and diamond citron. A soft dough, rich in egg yolks and slowly leavened. Covered with Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut glaze enriched with granulated sugar and toasted whole almonds. Two proposals with Streglio chocolate: filling with Gianduja cream for the Colomba in a box with golden cordonetto; extra dark chocolate chips and raspberry for the hand-wrapped Colomba, also proposed in the Paradiso recipe with orange paste in the dough.
