THE INGREDIENTS. GENUINE, SELECTED, CERTIFIED.

We have not changed over time. We continue to use only IGP Piedmont Hazelnuts, the freshest eggs, select wheat flour, fresh Italian milk, butter and fruit candied. The mother yeast has remained unchanged since 1922, and we refresh it on a daily basis with water and flour so as to preserve the organoleptic qualities of our panettone. Even when we create new specialties, we never give up any of the excellent products of our territory.

A FAMILIAR TASTE

Our creations have the taste of desserts made well to do well. Like at home. Even today, they are born in a family atmosphere, thanks to the contribution of men and women who know each other by name and retain the memory of an important history. Because production must remain artisanal, while making use of industrial technologies that guarantee higher quality.
