Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibres (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water,butter(lactose-free)*, sultanas 7% (grapes 99.5%, vegetable oil 0.5%), icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), candied orange peels 5% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose),eggfresh whole category A pasteurized, natural yeast, brewer's yeast,milk99.9% lactose-free skimmed milk powder (lactose-free)*, egg yolkeggfresh pasteurized category A, candied citron peels 2% (citron peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavours.

ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch),almonds19%,hazelnuts19%, rice flour, egg whiteeggdried, vegetable fibres (potato, pea, plantain, flax).

Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 1% whole almonds. May contain walnuts, pistachios and soy.

*Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the splitting of lactose.
