PANETTONE WITH RAISINS AND CANDIED CITRUS FRUITS – Naturally leavened baked product - INGREDIENTS: Type “0” soft wheat flour - Sultanas 15% - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Candied orange peel 8% (Orange peel - Glucose/fructose syrup - Sucrose - Concentrated lemon juice) - Yolk of fresh category A eggs from free-range hens - Natural yeast (type “0” soft wheat flour - Water) - Candied citron peels 4% (peel of cedar - Glucose/fructose syrup - Sucrose - Concentrated lemon juice) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Fresh whole milk - Invert sugar syrup - Salt - Honey - Glucose/fructose syrup - Malt extract barley - Natural flavors - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavor. May contain nuts, mustard and soy.
STORAGE METHOD: Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 18 ÷ 20°C. The product must not be presented in showcases exposed to the sun or near heat sources.
