Un'interpretazione originale e creativa dell'antica ricetta Gran Galup, ispirata a un dessert classico della tradizione piemontese: le pesche ripiene. Nell'impasto pesche candite e gocce intere di cioccolato extra fondente, con glassa alla Nocciola Piemonte IGP ricoperta da una prelibata granella di amaretti friabili.

Naturally leavened ovenbaked product

Ingredients: Wheat flour - Candied peach 14% (Peach - Glucose/fructose syrup - Sucrose - Concentred lemon juice) - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Egg yolk of class A from free range hens 8% - Chocolate Drops 7% (Sugar - Cocoa mass - Cocoa butter - Emulsifier: soy lecithin) - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acid - Whole milk 3% - Invert sugar - Salt - Natural extract of vanilla berries and natural flavors.

FROSTING INGREDIENTS 12%: Sugar - White egg of class A from free range hens - “Nocciola Piemonte IGP‘’ delle Langhe (Piedmont Hazelnut) 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Sugar icing (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavors.

GARNISHED WITH AMARETTO GRAIN 7%: Sugar - Almonds of apricot 18% - Egg white - Lactose and milk protein - Arômes - Baking powder (Hydrogen carbonate sodium).

May contain traces of other nuts.
