Semi-candied raspberries and dark chocolate chips. The unusual combination creates a refined interpretation of the ancient recipe, enriched with new nuances and intriguing contrasts. The bittersweet taste and intense aroma of raspberry meet the decisive character of dark chocolate in the full softness of the dough that has made the colombe of the house famous. The topping, however, is made according to tradition, with a glaze of "Tonda Gentile Trilobata" hazelnuts, with whole almonds and granulated sugar.
