Candied fresh orange and diamond citron, orange paste in the soft dough rich in egg yolks, slowly leavened and left to rest for a long time after baking. Topped with a glaze made from Italian "Tonda Gentile Trilobata" hazelnuts, enriched with whole almonds and sugar grains.
