Soft wheat flour type “0” - Candied orange peel 21% (Orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose) - Butter (milk) - Sugar - Fresh egg yolk category A - Natural yeast (Soft wheat flour type “0” - Water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk - Invert sugar - Salt - Natural flavour - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavour.

GLAZE INGREDIENTS 20%: Sugar - Fresh egg white category A - Trilobata Gentile Hazelnut 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Powdered sugar (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower oil - Natural flavours. Garnished with sugar grains 4% and whole almonds 2%. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard.
