COLOMBA WITH HAZELNUT AND ALMOND ICING, GRAINED SUGAR AND WHOLE ALMONDS - GLUTEN FREE - Naturally leavened baked product. INGREDIENTS: Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibers (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), candied citrus peel 15% (orange peel, citron, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), butter (lactose-free)*, impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), pasteurized fresh category A whole eggs, 99.9% lactose-free skimmed milk powder ( lactose-free) *, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, pasteurized category A fresh egg yolk, thickened: xanthan gum, natural flavourings. ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), hazelnuts 17%, almonds 17%, rice flour, dried egg white, vegetable fibers (potato, pea, plantago, flax). Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 1% whole almonds . May contain nuts, pistachios and soy . *Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product.
