The Praline

The word praline has French origin and was invented by the chef of the Count of Plessin-Praslin in 1671. The Le Galuperie pralines born in 1955 are inspired by this old recipe that has become a reference of tradition, the milk or dark chocolate of the outside contains the soft filling created with a wise balance of taste. From the classic hazelnut to the unusual Barolo Chinato, they surprise the palate with always unique combinations.
