An original and creative interpretation of the ancient Gran Galup recipe, inspired by a classic dessert of the Piedmontese tradition: stuffed peaches. In the dough, candied peaches
and whole drops of extra dark chocolate, with “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” Italian hazelnut icing covered with a delicious grain of crumbly amaretti biscuits.

An original and creative take on the age old Galup recipe, inspired by a classic dessert from Piedmontese tradition: stuffed peaches. Candied peaches and whole extra dark chocolate drops in the dough, topped with our Italian hazelnut “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” frosting, enriched with a decadent crunchy amaretti biscuit topping.
