INGREDIENTS:Wheat flour - Marrons glacès 19% (chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup, natural vanilla flavours) - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Egg yolk of class A from free range hens 9% - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - Water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk 3% - Chestnuts paste 2% (Chestnuts - Sugar - Vanilla flavours) - Invert sugar syrup – Glucose/fructose syrup - Cocoa butter - Salt - Barley malt extract - Honey - Natural extract of vanilla berries and natural flavors.
FROSTING INGREDIENTS 11%: Sugar - White egg of class A from free range hens - “Nocciola Piemonte IGP‘’ (Piedmont Hazelnut) 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Sugar icing (wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavors.
