Ingredients

Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibers (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, butter (lactose-free)*, sultanas 7% (grapes 99 .5%, vegetable oil 0.5%), impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), candied orange peels 5% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), fresh whole category A eggs pasteurized, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, 99.9% lactose-free skimmed milk powder (lactose-free)*, pasteurized fresh category A egg yolk, 2% candied citron peels (cedar peels, glucose-fructose syrup , sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavourings. ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), almonds 19%, hazelnuts 19%, rice flour, dried egg white, vegetable fibers (potato, pea, plantago, flax). Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 1% whole almonds. May contain walnuts, pistachios and soy.
