Naturally leavened, oven-baked confectionery product. INGREDIENTS: Soft wheat flour “00”, vegetable margarine [vegetable fats and oils (coconut, cocoa butter, sunflower, safflower in variable proportions), water, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings, coloring agent: annatto], water, natural yeast (gluten), sugar, glucose syrup-fructose, soy lecithin, rehydrated soy milk, brewer’s yeast, salt, malted barley-maize, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, preservative: calcium propionate. FILLING 20%: apricot puree (glucose syrup-fructose, 35% apricots, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate). May contain traces of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios), milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, sesame, peanuts and soy.
