COLOMBA WITH WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

Naturally leavened oven baked product

INGREDIENTS: Wholemeal flour 16% - Candied orange rind (Orange rinds - Glucose/fructose syrup - Sucrose - Lemon juice concentrate) - Sugar - Butter (Milk) - Egg yolk of class A from free range hens 8% - Wheat flour - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acid - Whole milk 3% - Salt - Natural extract of vanilla berries, mandarin/orange essential oils and natural flavors.

FROSTING INGREDIENTS 12%: Sugar - White egg of class A from free range hens - “Nocciola Piemonte IGP‘’ delle Langhe (Piedmont Hazelnut) 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Sugar icing (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavors.

Decorated with sugar grain 4% and whole almonds 2%.

May contain traces of other nuts and soy.
