The Baci di Dama were born more than a century ago in Tortona, a small town of the province of Alexandria, in Piedmont. We do not know if they received their name from the pastry chef who created them or from a passing customer or the common people. But it is certain that those two pastries made of flour, hazelnuts, butter and sugar seem the sweet lips of a lady that open up in a kiss with chocolate. Perhaps, the pastry chef was thinking just that when he gave form to his recipe. Today, the Baci di Dama are recognized as Product of Traditional Agribusiness of the Piedmont Region.

Hazelnut 8%, Butter, Sunflower 3% (sunflower seeds, sunflower oil, vanilla natural aroma), margarine (not hydrogenated oils and vegetable fats: high oleic sunflower and karitè, water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, acidifier: citric acid, aromas), low fat cocoa powder (cocoa powder, acidifier: potassium carbonate, gluten-free), natural aroma of vanilla. Produced in an establishment that uses milk, eggs, sesame, peanuts and other dried nuts.
