Galup, in the year of its centenary, is present at the 92nd International Alba White Truffle Fair.

The 92nd International Alba White Truffle Fair will start on Saturday 8 October and will end on Sunday 4 December. It will be open to visitors every weekend with extraordinary openings on Monday 31 October and Tuesday 1 November. For nine weeks Alba and its territory are ready to welcome enthusiasts of the precious White Truffle and, more generally, all lovers of Piedmontese food and wine.
Galup will therefore still be present and ready to share its best products with visitors, but also to support and share the theme of this edition: Time is up.
The underlying theme of the previous edition was environmental, social and economic sustainability, this year the concept is strengthened and the Fair, together with its partners, becomes a spokesperson for the appeal launched by the new generations: "Time is up".
For a hundred years, Galup has been exalting the raw materials supplied by the territory, transforming them into excellent products known throughout the world. It cannot therefore remain indifferent to issues that concern respect for the land, for sustainable agriculture, but more generally the well-being of the planet.We can therefore underline that Galup - historic partner of the Alba Truffle Fair - not only "shares" but "lives" these values in its daily life, in a corporate philosophy that makes attention to the territory and its community one of the main objectives of its work.

There are many sweet surprises that can be discovered and purchased at the stand that the company will set up within the Fair, in a particular year for Galup which is celebrating its first hundred years in 2022. Galup products will therefore be presented both in the unmistakable packs designed for the anniversary and in the one specifically dedicated to the colors and claim of the 2022 edition of the Fair. But the sweet surprises will continue with one of the proposals of the Streglio brand.
A corner of colorful delicacies where the most historic references and new proposals for this 2022 season will be present.
But not only that, Galup will be present paying homage to the participants and jurors during the cooking shows which will see chefs from different parts of the world compare and challenge each other on truffle-based preparations.
